Philosophy
Our Philosophy is based on the principle of satisfying the preschooler’s needs by enriching their daily life and surroundings.
Our program combines various philosophies and practices, which balances traditional academics with innovative, in-depth research projects. We will awake children’s interest and thirst for knowledge by encouraging them to explore the fascinating world of learning with excitement and confidence. Our program assures a happy, healthy and secure learning environment, where the children can acquire daily real life experiences that will allow them to learn through exploration, games and mainly the understanding of the world that surrounds them., each classroom is equipped with corresponding age equipment. We will promote a solid and lasting self-esteem, with values such as respect and love towards their friends, teachers and relatives; highlighting the importance of caring for one another.
Mission
Our mission is to help every child be well-prepared for that next stage, which is primary education.
We will provide them with an interactive learning process; help them increase their gross and fine motor skills, cognitive skills, and socio-emotional development. We also have the mission to support parents giving theme tools in parenthood.
Teachers
Our teachers are highly prepared on toddler and preschool care, with knowledge on the growth and development of children in each stage of their early childhood.
Consequently, we want to be able to offer your child the best environment to provide them with quality education and values. We will make sure our children receive opportunities to explore and understand through a positive program of learning that promotes physical, social-emotional and cognitive development. To develop a healthy, happy and responsible children.
Teachers in our classroom take on the role of the observer, documenting the growth and development of each children through our daily routines. Our teachers and staff maintain the basic ideals that we are responsible for nurturing tomorrow future.
Our Program
Our program is based in a monthly project based learning with an academic curriculum.
This program incorporates hands on, interactive activities, which promotes the progress and fundamental development of cognitive skills, gross and fine motor skills and their creativity thru art’s. Children’s will work in whole group activities and in small group basis. At Kidzone, we embrace technology, and the ability to use it, as a necessary skill to develop for the future. Teachers incorporate the limited use of computer, to support the learning and research going on in each classroom. We realize that modeling the proper use of technology will benefit the children in their future.
Our Teachers monthly lesson plan encourage each children for learning, excitement for exploring and enchantment for discovering and understanding their surroundings. Our program includes: Language, math, science, art, music and physical activities. We create for each age group, golds to reach, that we expect that by the end of the school year they can complete, having in mind that each children learn in their own way and time. Also we will have parent-teacher meetings in order to let you know what teachers observe, and report your child progress.
Parents
Parents are a very important part in our program, we highly encourage during our school year the involvement of parents as an educator in our projects, it is very important that each children feel that you care of what they are learning and support them.
